1. Project Scope

By submitting this form, you confirm that the project details provided are accurate. Any changes to the scope after agreement may affect the timeline and cost.

2. Confidentiality

All project-related information shared through this form will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent.

3. Usage of Work

Completed video edits may be used by HARIHARAN EDITZ as portfolio samples unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before project commencement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. A deposit may be required for larger projects. No work will commence without written agreement.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

All raw footage, music, and assets provided by the client remain the property of the client. Final edited work is owned by the client upon full payment.

7. Communication

By submitting your message, you consent to being contacted via the email address provided. Response time is typically within 24–48 hours on business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

HARIHARAN EDITZ is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delays or errors caused by third-party platforms or client-supplied materials.

🎬 HOW TO ADD VIDEOS (streams from Google Drive — no file size limit):
1. Upload your video to Google Drive and set sharing to "Anyone with the link"
2. Copy the share link and paste it into the Before Edit or After Edit field below
3. The Drive ID is auto-detected and videos play securely inside the portfolio (view only, no download)
Tip: Thumbnails are stored in the page; Drive links are just URLs so they add almost no size.
🎨 COLOR GRADE — Before / After Showcase:
Upload a Before image and an After image for each entry. Viewers drag the slider to compare raw vs graded.
Tip: Export JPG stills from DaVinci Resolve. Keep images under 1MB each for best performance.
Landscape — great for cinematic shots, wide scenes  |  Portrait — great for Reels, people shots, mobile-style
🖼️ DESIGN WORK — Poster Gallery:
Upload your designed poster images (event posters, brand visuals, social creatives, etc.).
Choose Portrait (9:16) for mobile/social posters or Landscape (16:9) for wide-format designs. Tip: Export PNG or JPG at high resolution. Keep under 2MB each for best performance.
